The end user (customer) will need to pay postage costs both ways by a tracking & signed for service to receive the necessary hardware. Postage costs include any international/domestic UK shipping services.
Required Equipment for Remote Support
For optimal remote assistance, a compatible diagnostic interface is required. The recommended options are the OEM VAS 6154A or the VNCI 6154A VCI. These interfaces enable our technicians to establish a secure connection to your system. With the proper interface, we can perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and software updates remotely. Please ensure you have one of these interfaces available before proceeding with remote support.
